Honeydew P.O.V

I'm running as fast as my short legs can carry me but I'm easily tackled to the ground, I look up to the man who tackled me and blood red eyes look back into mine. "hey let go of me, your kind of chocking me" I say to him with a smile on my face. "Hehe, sorry friend" he say's back with a friendly smile on his as he lets go of me. We both then roll over so we are both looking at the sky.

We stay like that for about a minute before I notice that it was nearly dusk, we both get up and head back to the Yogcave where I start to empty my pack into a nearby chest and my friend does the same. "So when are we going to go after this 'Great Evil Of The Sands' guy anyway" I ask him as I pull out my Iron mace and give it a few swings, He looks back at me from the chest he was now sitting on and replies "Tomorrow." "Oh, really?" I ask back a little impatiently, I really wanted to get back to our mission despite the fact that I don't remember most of it. "Well we can't go tonight Honeydew It's already night, Anyway why don't you do some mining, it might help the time go by faster if you do" He said back to me as he handed me an iron pickaxe.

About an hour later

He's been doing this a lot recently, sending me down to do some mining, not that I hate it or anything it's just it gets a little lonely down here. But he is my friend, well that is what he told me after he found me unconscious in the desert. Apparently we had gotten separated after we had left Swampy's oasis, and that we were on a mission to stop something evil that lurked in the sand, but the first thing that I remember is waking up to see him and the hot desert behind him. Sure his clothing was familiar, the blue striped shirt and everything, even his smile, but something about his pale white face sent chills down my spine even when he assured me that he was my closest friend Israphel, something just didn't feel right. Is he lying or have I just forgotten that much about my life to not even remember my best friend.

"Hello, anyone, Honeydew? Is anybody here, where am I?"
